Shipping Policy
Lewison & Co. apparel is made-to-order. This means each item is produced after your order is placed. Please allow time for both production and shipping.
Order Processing & Production Time
Most orders are processed and sent into production shortly after purchase. Because our items are made-to-order, production time may vary depending on the product, design, supplier availability, order volume, holidays, stock issues, or artwork review.
Most orders are produced within approximately 3–7 business days before shipping.
Shipping Time & Tracking
Shipping time begins after your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier.
Because our garments are fulfilled from an international production facility, shipping times may be longer than standard domestic shipping. Shipping typically ranges from approximately 9–14 business days after production, depending on the product, destination, carrier, and shipping method selected at checkout.
These shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, holidays, customs, service interruptions, incorrect customer information, or other factors outside of our control.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the items in your order and the shipping destination.
Lewison & Co. offers free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 are subject to the shipping rate shown at checkout.
U.S. Shipping Only
At this time, Lewison & Co. only ships to customers within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.
Orders placed with an unsupported shipping destination may be canceled and refunded.
Address Changes
Please make sure your shipping address, email, and phone number are correct before placing your order.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or customer information.
If you notice an issue after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@lewisonandco.com. We cannot make corrections, edits, or updates to an order after it has been placed.
If the order has not entered production, fulfillment, or shipment, we will cancel the order. You may then place a new order with the correct information.
Once an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipment, it cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded.
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or free replacements for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete customer information provided at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Marked Delivered Packages
Lewison & Co. is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, customs, service interruptions, incorrect customer information, or other events outside of our control.
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us with your order number so we can review the tracking information.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with your local carrier, household members, neighbors, mailroom, front desk, or building management. Carrier-marked delivered packages may not be eligible for free replacement or refund.
Order Changes, Cancellations & Final Sale
Please review your order carefully before checking out. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to the item, size, color, design, shipping address, or other order details.

All items are made-to-order and are considered final sale once they enter production.
This does not apply to approved claims for items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted.
