Return & Refund Policy

Lewison & Co. apparel is made-to-order. Because each item is custom produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, wrong item selection, incorrect shipping information, or change of mind.

Please review the product details, size chart, color, design, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lewisonandco.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue, including the full item and a close-up of the damage, defect, or misprint.

If the issue is approved, we will provide a free replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Please do not mail any items back unless we provide return instructions first.

We cannot offer returns, refunds, or replacements for items that have been worn, stained, altered after delivery, deliberately damaged, or damaged due to customer misuse.

We are also not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer at checkout, including but not limited to an incorrect shipping address, incorrect phone number, or incorrect order details.

Wrong Size, Wrong Item, Incorrect Information, or Change of Mind

Because each item is made specifically for your order, we cannot offer free replacements, returns, or refunds for customer ordering mistakes. This includes choosing the wrong size, selecting the wrong item, entering incorrect shipping information, entering incorrect customer information, entering incorrect order details, or changing your mind after purchase.

Order Changes, Cancellations & Final Sale

Please review your order carefully before checking out. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to the item, size, color, design, shipping address, customer information, or other order details.

If you notice an issue after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@lewisonandco.com. We cannot make corrections, edits, or updates to an order after it has been placed.

If the order has not entered production, fulfillment, or shipment, we will cancel the order. You may then place a new order with the correct information.

Once an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipment, it cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded.

All items are made-to-order and are considered final sale once they enter production.

This does not apply to approved claims for items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted.

Incorrect Shipping Address or Customer Information

Please make sure your shipping address, email, and phone number are correct before placing your order.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or customer information.

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or free replacements for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete customer information provided at checkout.

Approved Refunds

Refunds are only issued when a claim is reviewed and approved. Approved refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.

We do not issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, wrong item selection, customer ordering mistakes, incorrect shipping information, incorrect customer information, customer-requested order modifications, or items that have been worn, stained, altered after delivery, deliberately damaged, or damaged due to customer misuse.
